Moving to another product is not always an available option in a comfortable timeline.

Extended Limited Support Agreements (ELSA) are available for this reason; to help customers with the use, troubleshooting and training of these discontinued programs as a stop-gap measure for support until suitable replacement software can be obtained.

Support can be hourly, or through Extended Limited Support Agreements in 30-day, 90-day, 6-month or annual agreements, to provide telephone, email and remote support and training for all areas of the AICE, RedBat, Respond BD Protect IP and HWS software solutions developed by ICPA/BD Diagnostics.

Support includes password resets, installation/re-installation, server migrations, workstation change-overs, HR data transfer/download, imports, exports, report creation, other technical assistance and more.
