Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm central
- Calls not answered immediately will go to voice mail
- Voice mail is answered within 2hrs until 3:30pm
- Voice mail received after 4pm will be answered next business day
- Voice mail messages are transcribed to text messages and email.
- Email not answered immediately will have a response within 2hrs
- Email received after 3pm will be responded to next business day.
