Over 18 years of experience with computer hardware installations, troubleshooting and software support. Currently incrediblySmart is a side-project from a day-job doing software support and training for a local Austin software development company.
Experienced with: PC and Mac hardware
Software Experience: Windows, Mac, BeOS, Linux, Solaris. Microsoft Office products as well as many open source or freeware products/solutions.
